Kaleidoscope Toys of Round Rock is hosting a craft day for girls 5 years and up on Tuesday, July 6th from 10:30am to 12:30pm.

Each child will make 3 bracelets to wear home. With Stick ‘N Style craft kits, girls can use a wide variety of jewels to create their own shimmering bracelets. “Aside from being incredibly easy to use, this new kit offers over 700 jewel tiles and 12 bracelets of varied thickness. Not only are there more than 700 jewels, but there are 17 varieties, making the combinations endless. There is no numbered pattern in this kit, so each design is unique!”

Anne and I attended the Frontier Days Parade yesterday and took lots of pictures to share with you.  We really enjoyed all the old cars and it was really cool to see so many Cub Scout troops participating in the parade.  Here’s the Frontier Days Parade 2010 Pictures.  Enjoy!

There have been a few changes in the schedule of activities for Round Rock Frontier Days due to the recent weather.

Here are the main changes according to the revised schedule of events.

1. The Frontier Days Parade will continue as planned at 12pm in downtown Round Rock.
2. The Sertoma Duck Race will continue as planned at 4pm at Old Settlers Park
3. The Fireworks Display has been moved to Friday, July 16th in conjunction with Time Warner Cable’s “Movies in the Park” presentation of Planet 51.
