The “First Tuesday” of each month, Round Rock Smoothies hosts a Small Local Business Bazaar to feature small businesses in our neighborhood. The next event is scheduled for Tuesday, July 6th from 6pm to 8:30pm.

Bring Fitness Back (BFB) offers indoor fitness boot camps, one-on-one personal training and group training. Fitness boot camps are offered at convenient times and in the heart of east Round Rock (Red Bud Lane and Gattis School Road). After 45 minutes of boot camp exercises, you will have burned between 500-700 calories! All boot campers and personal training clients receive superior customer service and personalized attention (including 24 hr nutrition and exercise answers, nutrition analysis and BMR).

BFB places the focus back on fitness as a lifestyle and encourages its clients to skip short-term solutions like fad diets, laser lipo and risky stomach shrinking surgeries. Weight loss and weight management is more than the number of the scale and is different for every individual. For some, it is about learning how to use food as a fuel instead of comfort. For others, it is about gaining confidence and energy through fitness.

Attending a fitness program with BFB will require motivation and work but the health benefits are completely worth the sweat. Not only will you safely lose up to 8-10 pounds each month while gaining lean muscle, you will get control over your own health and fitness. As you reach your goal weight, BFB will adjust your fitness program to ensure that you are able maintain your weight and tone desired areas of your body.

We offer fitness programs for ages 14 and over.
