Frustrated by the lack of great sandwiches available in the quick service restaurant sector and bored by the domination of burned-out brands, Jeff Sinelli (founder and former CEO of Genghis Grill) set his mind to creating a fresh and innovative concept featuring superior sandwiches. No soups. No salads. Just one focus: the best possible “wiches”, served in an edgy yet inviting environment.
